How to Apply:

Step 1:

Meet with a member of the Woodland Pond marketing staff and select the apartment or cottage that best suits your lifestyle.

Step 2:

Complete the Priority Reservation Agreement and place a fully refundable $1,000 priority reservation deposit to reserve your new home.

Step 3:

Pay the balance of the fully-refundable 10% deposit and sign the Residence and Care Agreement.

Step 4:

Attend interesting information seminars and special events hosted by Woodland Pond and get to know your future neighbors.

Step 5:

Begin planning your move to Woodland Pond. Our staff will be working with you to ensure that your move to Woodland Pond is stress-free.

Step 6:

Pay the balance of your entrance fee just before you move in.
